Drawing on 20 years’ experience in the public sector, Emily wanted to create policy consultancy that focused on not only producing great work, but also providing a great place to work, and so the journey began.

FrankCapability was born in 2021 to increase our ability to help every person, everywhere, learn processes for providing rigorous and useful advice to decision makers and senior leaders.

And, at the end of 2023, FrankCommunity was born. FrankCommunity is our way of keeping people connected and supported in the work they do. It creates space for learning from, and with, each other.

We have had the pleasure to work with clients from central government, local government and the not-for-profit and private sectors across consultancy and training.
