NZSAE is supported by a small, dedicated team focused on helping association professionals and membership organisations across New Zealand.

 

Our work is practical, people-focused and sector-led. We support members through professional development, events, resources, advocacy, connections and shared learning opportunities.

 

While we are a small team, our focus is clear: to strengthen the people who lead, manage and support associations, and to help the association sector continue to grow, adapt and thrive.

Executive Director

Brett is committed to supporting association professionals and strengthening the association sector across Aotearoa New Zealand.

As Executive Director of NZSAE, Brett works with members, partners and sector leaders to build valuable connections, provide practical resources, and create opportunities for shared learning and professional growth.

His focus is on ensuring leaders and staff within New Zealand’s membership organisations have the support, tools and community they need to succeed in their roles and lead their organisations with confidence.

Wendy Osborne

Administration and Operations Officer

Wendy brings extensive experience in administration, finance and office management, along with a practical, organised and people-focused approach.

As Administration and Operations Officer, Wendy supports NZSAE’s members, events, communications, systems and day-to-day activities, helping ensure everything is well coordinated and professionally delivered.

Wendy is known for her warm, dependable approach, strong organisational skills and ability to build positive relationships while keeping things running smoothly.
