Membership is more than recruitment and renewals

Strong membership organisations understand that membership is a relationship.

It starts well before someone joins and continues through onboarding, participation, communication, service delivery, renewal and advocacy.

Membership Essentials looks at the complete member journey and helps you understand the systems, experiences and decisions that influence whether members see value, remain engaged and choose to stay.

You will explore practical approaches that can be used across professional associations, industry and trade bodies, membership organisations and other not-for-profit organisations.

Included with the course

As part of Membership Essentials, you will have access to the NZSAE Membership Manual, a comprehensive practical reference covering the major elements of modern membership management.

Keep it as an ongoing resource and return to it when reviewing your membership strategy, onboarding programme, retention activity, communications or member value proposition.
